FMT Solutions Expands Its Advisor Growth Platform with Acquisition of Horsesmouth
Beaverton, OR and Los Angeles, CA – Further advancing its vision to serve as a full-service growth platform for financial advisors, FMT Solutions, LLC (“FMT” or “FMT Solutions”), a Corridor Capital portfolio company, has announced the acquisition of Horsesmouth, LLC (“Horsesmouth”). The combination brings Horsesmouth’s educational content and training programs into FMT’s data-driven marketing and campaign execution platform, strengthening FMT’s position as a full-service growth partner for independent financial advisors.
Founded in 1996 and based in New York, NY, Horsesmouth has spent nearly three decades producing educational content, training programs and client engagement tools that independent advisors rely on to sharpen their knowledge and grow their practices. Its leadership team, led by CEO William Nicklin, brings deep expertise in advisor education, content development and practice growth and will play an important role in supporting FMT’s ongoing integration.
