Corridor Capital Named to Inc.’s Founder-Friendly Investors List

Los Angeles, CA – Corridor Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market business services companies, is proud to announce its recognition on the Inc. Founder-Friendly Investors list which honors investment firms with a proven track record of backing founder-led companies.

Each year Inc. recognizes investment firms that demonstrate a sustained commitment to founder-led enterprises—those that not only provide capital but also actively contribute to operational scale and long-term growth. The 2025 honorees share a consistent record of engagement, transparency and collaboration with their portfolio companies, reflecting an investment philosophy centered on building durable businesses alongside their founders.

“Raising capital is no small feat for today’s entrepreneurs. That is why discovering investors who offer more than just financial backing—those who bring mentorship, resources and a true spirit of partnership to your growth journey—is both rare and invaluable,” says Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc. “The 2025 Founder-Friendly Investors are collaborators and dedicated to helping their portfolio companies succeed.”

“We believe this recognition reflects our core principle that enduring success is achieved through true alliance with founders,” said Craig Enenstein, CEO of Corridor Capital. “We view our role as far more than the provision of capital. Through our dedicated in-house operations group and disciplined growth model, we work in close alignment with founders to build scalable organizations supported by sustainable infrastructure and lasting enterprise value. We are honored that Inc. has recognized our commitment to helping exceptional entrepreneurs strengthen and grow their businesses.”

Within the last year, Corridor has completed three new investments. The firm invested in Dart Appraisal, LLC, an independent nationwide appraisal management company specializing in residential and commercial real estate appraisals. Together, Dart and Corridor are already actively pursuing add-on acquisitions to strengthen channel and geographic diversification. Further, in collaboration with portfolio company Association Headquarters, LLC, one of the largest association management companies in North America, Corridor completed add-on acquisitions of Managing Matters Inc. and Association Executives Group, LLC. Both acquisitions enhance Association Headquarters’ service offerings, diversify its client portfolio and strengthen its ability to deliver comprehensive association management services.
