Association Headquarters Expands into Canada with the Acquisition of Managing Matters

(“Managing Matters”). This acquisition enhances AH’s ability to serve professional and trade associations across North America by expanding its geographic reach and strengthening its service offerings in governance, event planning, marketing and operational support.

Managing Matters, a leading association management firm serving Canadian and U.S. associations, was founded in 2004 and is based in Toronto, Canada. The company specializes in governance support, strategic planning, event management, marketing, communications and management services, helping professional and trade associations grow, engage and thrive. With a team of seasoned association professionals, event specialists and marketing experts, Managing Matters has built a reputation for streamlining operations and driving impactful results for its clients. The company’s leadership is excited to ally with Association Headquarters and Corridor Capital to further expand its service offerings and contribute to building a leading international professional services and association management platform.

As part of the transaction, Jenny Faucher will retain an ownership stake in the combined company and continues to lead Managing Matters as its President. In her role, she will focus on driving the company’s strategic vision, business development and strengthening client relationships as part of the broader AH platform.
